Nancy's Pizza

Nancy's Pizza is a success story that started when Nancy and Rocco Palese emigrated to America from Turin, Italy. The couple opened their first pizza parlor in 1971. Rocco invented the stuffed pizza rather than imitate pan pizza. In 1992 the Nancy's pizza product was purchased by Chicago Franchise Systems Inc.

Uno's Chicago Grill

Uno Pizzeria began with Ike Sewell opened a restaurant at the corner of Wabash and Ohio in Chicago in 1943. Ike's Original Deep Dish Pizza is filled with fine meats, fresh cheese, ripe vegetables and flavorful spices.

The new Uno Chicago Grill menu added a variety of creative dishes but the original artisanal food and Deep Dish Pizza are the signature dishes on the new menu. The bar area of Uno's restaurants are reminiscent of Chicago's famous speakeasies.
